When you place
an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the
availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We package items for quality shipment, however, if
you find there is a concern, we will help answer your question and process a
return when necessary.

We cannot be held responsible for delays to your shipment once they
leave our shipping facililty. Delays due to weather, carrier error or
other considerations must be taken up with the carrier you have chosen.

number, date of shipment and any information we have available to us. -

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us at (308) 254-3330 and
we will do our best to cancel the order. However if your order has already been
processed then we are unable to cancel your order and you will be charged the
full amount + delivery. We are unable to accept products returned to our feed mill.
Returns & Refunds
Due to bio-security measures and to protect the quality of your feeds, we are
unable to accept any returns to the feed mill. In the case of damaged or
defective goods or if your order is not correct then please contact us at
(308) 254-3330. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of
delivery.
Please contact us for return
questions. Satisfaction is our top priority. We will usually pay the
return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, contact us at (308) 254-3330. We'll notify you
via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
